Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using marina-at-rockport, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who uploads content to marina-at-rockport. Last updated: January 1, 2026.

Permitted Use

You may use marina-at-rockport solely for lawful purposes. Processing images of real, identifiable individuals without their explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you upload. marina-at-rockport does not review uploaded images prior to processing and bears no liability for how results are used after delivery.

By uploading an image, you confirm you hold rights to that image or have obtained documented consent from any identifiable person depicted within it.

Intellectual Property

All underlying technology, models, and platform code belong to marina-at-rockport. Generated output images are granted to you under a personal, non-exclusive license for lawful use only.

Limitation of Liability

marina-at-rockport provides the service on an as-is basis. We make no guarantees about output accuracy, availability, or fitness for any specific purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, marina-at-rockport's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

marina-at-rockport uses third-party infrastructure providers for compute and delivery. These providers operate under their own data policies and are contractually prohibited from retaining your image data.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Report any unauthorized access to info@marina-at-rockport.com immediately.

Your Rights

You may delete your account at any time. Account deletion removes all stored profile data within 72 hours. Image data is already auto-deleted within 60 seconds of processing.

Changes to Terms

marina-at-rockport may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Effective from January 1, 2026.
